When creating a new account, I receive a message stating that I already have an account. What is my sign in information?
If you are an ASH member or have previously created an ASH account for any online transaction through the hematology.org website, you do not need to create a separate ASH Job Center account. Use your current ASH sign in information for the Job Center.
What do I do if I forgot my username?
You may reset your username by clicking the "Forgot your Username" link on the "Sign In" page. For further assistance, please contact ASH Customer Service at 866-828-1231 (international callers dial 001 202-776-0544), or email jobcenter@hematology.org.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
You may reset your password at any time by clicking the "Forgot your Password" link on the "Sign In" page.
Can I create a second account with the same email address?
You can only have one account per email address. In order to create a second account, you will need to use a different email address.
Who can browse the job seeker resume database?
Any employer with at least one active job listing in the ASH Job Center may browse the resume database.
How do I change my account profile information?
You must sign in to your account in order to change your profile information. Once you are signed in, click on the "My Account" link in the navigation at the top of the page to access and edit your account information.
I am an ASH member; am I eligible for a member discount?
ASH does not offer membership discounts for the Job Center.
I am a third-party recruitment organization; am I eligible for a discount?
ASH does not offer discounts to third-party recruitment organizations.
What is the difference between a standard ad and a featured ad?
Featured ads get greater visibility through prominent placement in the rotating banner on the ASH Job Center homepage.
How do I renew my job listing?
From the Employers tab, click on "Manage Job Listings." You will see your current listings at the bottom of the page under "My Listings." Find the listing you want to renew, and click the "Extend" button for the corresponding ad.
How can I get a receipt for my past job listing(s)?
Order history and receipts for all Job Center purchases are available within the My Account section of the ASH website.
